mamut_routing_publish.progress

Progress reporting for the long-running publisher commands.

make_progress_reporter returns a ProgressReporter for the requested format: text (human-readable phases and tqdm bars on stderr), json (one machine-readable event per line on stderr, for scripts), off, or auto (text on a terminal, off otherwise). Phases are reporter.phase messages with keyword fields; tasks are reporter.task context managers with an optional total. Reporting never touches stdout, which is reserved for the final JSON summary of each command.
